Applications for the free CNC Operator and Welding Vocational Training Course, organized in collaboration between OSTİM Organized Industrial Zone, Vocational Training Small Industry Support Foundation (MEKSA), and Yenimahalle Şehit Mehmet Şengül Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School, and coordinated by the OSTİM Employment Office, have been completed.

Within the scope of the course, for which 230 candidates applied, trainees were matched with companies. In addition to the theoretical training to be given by Yenimahalle Şehit Mehmet Şengül Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School, trainees will also receive practical training at the companies they have been matched with.

After completing the 120-hour training program, trainees will be able to find employment at the companies they are matched with.

OSTİM Organized Industrial Zone Chairman Orhan Aydın pointed out that CNC operation and welding are the most in-demand fields in Turkey. Addressing the young people, Chairman Aydın said, “I congratulate you all for coming here to work, to acquire a profession, and for your intention to work. Producing is a very valuable thing, and I congratulate you for embarking on such a journey. If you go to a workplace and work diligently for an honest living, you will bring honest sustenance home; it is an act of worship. You can become a partner in the workplace you work at, or you can open your own business.”

Noting that they believe good job opportunities will arise at the end of the training, Chairman Aydın gave the message, “You can learn the trades in the workshops you enter and become businessmen. There are unlimited opportunities. Let's start a business with good intentions and persevere a little.”

Aydın addressed the companies, saying: “Offer young people good opportunities. Give your employees chances, appreciate them. Share your profits. Money is something that multiplies when shared.”
