Advantages of the Industrial Registration Certificate
Information requests from institutions, organizations, natural and legal persons, universities, and other users regarding industrial enterprises are met from the industrial registry database. Furthermore, industrial strategy development studies are also carried out using the industrial registry database.
In accordance with the Public Procurement Law No. 4734 and the Council of Ministers Decision No. 2003/6392, the identification of domestic producers in public procurements is done through industrial registry records.
Businesses with an Industrial Registry Certificate benefit from VAT deferral/cancellation procedures for goods delivered with export registration.
In accordance with the decision of the Energy Market Regulatory Authority, businesses with an Industrial Registry Certificate use electricity at the industrial subscription tariff, which is cheaper than the commercial tariff. This is 20% outside Organized Industrial Zones (OSBs) and 5-10% inside OSBs.
