The Eti Maden-OSTİM collaboration continues with bilateral business meetings. The company's Plant Engineering, Procurement, Technology Development, and Production Coordination Departments, along with operations managers, held 350 bilateral business meetings with 52 companies that are members of the OSTİM Business and Construction Machinery Cluster (İŞİM), OSTİM Defense and Aerospace Cluster (OSSA), OSTİM Renewable Energy and Environmental Technologies Cluster, and OSTİM Rubber Technologies Cluster. During these meetings, Eti Maden's needs and expectations were conveyed, and the companies' production capabilities and potential contributions to the projects were evaluated.
“OSTİM is a talent center”
Speaking at the opening of the program, OSTİM Board Chairman Orhan Aydın addressed the Eti Maden representatives, saying, “OSTİM is a talent center. Here, we have all kinds of businesses, from those that produce spare parts for satellites to those that produce spare parts for people. We want to put all the resources and capabilities of OSTİM at your service. We have teams that can find you a part for a construction machine from OSTİM and provide you with service 24 hours a day.”

Aydın stated that the region is making efforts through clusters in the sectors of construction and industrial machinery, rubber, defense and aerospace, renewable energy, medical, and rail systems, and underlined the following points: “If we are having work done abroad that can be done here, it is a sin! Something is not impossible until it is said that it cannot be done in OSTİM. OSTİM must say, ‘Yes, this cannot be done’; otherwise, it can be done. We are ready to help you in this regard. Including myself, I will work to make every effort if there is work to be done in OSTİM. I am at your service to facilitate your work and to serve you here. We will do everything we can to find you whoever you need, whatever machinery you require. I wholeheartedly believe that you think this way too. You are also people who love your country. We can meet our country's needs domestically and nationally, we can establish systems. By coming together, we can produce new products, Eti Maden products, in other countries. We have seen that you have engineering and design capabilities. By bringing them together, we can produce them here and meet the needs of other countries as well.”
