The 2017 Ordinary General Assembly meeting of OSTİM Industrial Investments and Operations Inc. commenced after the formation of the presidium. The meeting was also broadcast online to allow shareholders who were unable to attend in person to participate.

Orhan Aydın, Chairman of the Board of Directors of OSTİM Industrial Investments and Operations Inc., became the Chairman of the Assembly as per the contract, while the Assembly committee consisted of Zeki Sayın, Mehmet Alkan, and Saffet Cansever.

The company's activities for 2017 were presented by General Manager Abdullah Çörtü. Çörtü stated that the company regularly discloses its activities on the Public Disclosure Platform. Sharing information about their investment in the Ostim Technopark project, Çörtü said, “We have reached an agreement for the first phase. We will make the investment here and receive rental income for 20 years. This will generate revenue for the company and also bring a technopark to OSTİM.”

Referring to the company's export activities, Çörtü explained that they have exported to 51 different countries since the company's establishment. The experienced manager shared the information that, "The number of countries we export to will increase to 53 this year. In 2017, we exported to 14 countries."

Following the reading of the activity report, it was opened for discussion. Partners asked company executives questions about the company's activities. Chairman of the Board Orhan Aydın and General Manager Abdullah Çörtü answered the questions. The board's activities and income and expenditure accounts were approved by the general assembly.
