Invitation to the OSTİM ecosystem
Orhan Aydın, Chairman of the OSTİM Board of Directors and Chairman of the OSTİM Technical University Board of Trustees, thanked Mamak Municipality for organizing the event, saying, "I think this work, done in a good area and with a good theme, is very valuable."
Aydın, emphasizing that OSTİM also works in similar fields, continued by introducing the regional ecosystem: “OSTİM is also a technology zone. At the same time, within OSTİM, we have a technology development zone that is a collaboration between 7 universities in Ankara, but primarily located within OSTİM itself; a center with nearly 200 entrepreneurs. Within this center, we have an area called INNO:14, in collaboration with the university.”
Aydın stated that they could support the winning team through the INNO:14 Acceleration Center, adding, “On this occasion, since we align with this theme, we want to contribute to allocating a space in this center to the winning team. There is an ecosystem in OSTİM that provides answers to questions starting with our students regarding innovation and technology, up to the point where they say, ‘I will take my company public.’ We are ready to do whatever it takes to help our students realize their projects. There is an Angel Initiative Network managed by OSTİM. OSTİM has its own well-known Venture Capital Investment Fund, where we can directly invest in projects. We are part of this ecosystem. I would like to thank Mamak Municipality very much. We can do many things together with them.”
