OSTİM Organized Industrial Zone (OSB) completed its work to implement a holistic approach to energy, environment, licensing, customer relations, zoning, document submission, and financial processes through a mobile platform and website. Thanks to the applications launched in 2022, it digitized processes previously handled by OSB personnel using paper forms. This resulted in significant savings for participating companies in time, transportation, and stationery costs, while also substantially reducing the consumption of OSB personnel.

Remote access to OSB business and transactions has brought significant convenience to both the OSB management and the OSB participants. Companies participating in OSTİM OSB now have the opportunity to access all services 24/7 via the mobile application or the website [www.ostimonline.com].

In OSTİM, where more than 6,500 companies operate, businesses can pay their electricity, natural gas, and all other Organized Industrial Zone (OSB) bills online. Furthermore, they can access services such as electricity and natural gas subscription applications, obtaining certificates of no outstanding debt, zoning expert information, business opening and operating license applications, customer relations complaints and requests, and obtaining title deed and bank suitability certificates without wasting time or visiting the OSTİM OSB Regional Directorate, all through ostimonline and the mobile application.

Mobile tracking in services

The OSB (Organized Industrial Zone) Directorate field personnel use tablets and a mobile application to track service malfunctions, handle disconnections and reconnections due to unpaid bills, conduct environmental and other inspections, and process business license applications and inspections. The accounting unit can collect invoices via a virtual cashier, while petition, document registration, and application processes can also be completed through the mobile application and website.

OSTİM online has simplified business processes in OSTİM, reducing time and costs, increasing invoice collections, and enabling accurate monitoring of all transaction data. By reducing the use of physical POS machines, checks, and promissory notes, the application has created an environmentally friendly and sustainable payment infrastructure, significantly contributing to environmental efficiency.
