Considered one of the top 5 most important events in the sector worldwide, this major organization, which the cluster hosted for the third time this year, saw the participation of 29 institutions from Turkey, led by the Undersecretariat of Defence Industry (SSM), including ASELSAN, FNSS, Otokar, BMC, Kale Kalp, and TUSAŞ.
OSSA, at the fair which is an important event for developing sectoral cooperation between Turkey and Malaysia, held meetings with companies, bureaucrats and military delegations from Malaysia, Pakistan, Indonesia and the Philippines, taking steps to enable its companies to utilize their existing potential in the markets of these countries to the highest degree.
On the other hand, during the meetings in Malaysia, a detailed presentation was given about the Industrial Cooperation Days in Defence and Aerospace (ICDDA) event, which will be held for the fourth time this year, and an invitation was extended to Turkey.
OSSA has a very busy schedule for 2018. The cluster will be participating in both national and international events. As a strong representative of SMEs, OSSA first attended AFED 2018 in Saudi Arabia and the Seattle Defense and Aerospace Suppliers Summit in the USA. OSSA will also have stands at EURASIA AIRSHOW in Antalya (April 25-29, 2018), EUROSATORY Paris (June 11-15, 2018), and the Farnborough Airshow in Farnborough, England (July 16-22, 2018).
