MARKA, which covers the provinces of Kocaeli, Düzce, Sakarya, Bolu, and Yalova, is organizing Cluster-Based Change Management Training, as determined by the European Foundation for Cluster Excellence (EFCE), in line with its clustering goals in the sectors it focuses on in its region.
MARKA, noting that OSTİM has good practice examples in clustering in Turkey, listened to the experiences of OSTİM Organized Industrial Zone on site.
OSTİM OSB, which has implemented exemplary clusters in Turkey in the sectors of construction and industrial machinery, renewable energy, defense and aerospace, medical, rubber, rail systems, and the recently launched communications technologies, shared its clustering experiences with MARKA executives.
Speaking at the opening of the meeting, Gülnaz Karaosmanoğlu, Director of the OSTİM Foundation, explained the establishment process of the clusters, the activities they carry out, and their contributions to the companies. The cluster coordinators also provided the MARKA delegation with information about their experiences and projects, stating that they motivate companies in the same sector to achieve export and international competitiveness goals through collaborative efforts.
