OSTİM Industrial Investments and Operations Inc. held its 2018 Ordinary General Assembly Meeting in the OSTİM Organized Industrial Zone Conference Hall. The meeting, chaired by the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Orhan Aydın, as per the contract, was broadcast live, allowing shareholders to participate and vote online.
“We export to China and the USA”
Presenting the company's 2018 activities at the meeting, Abdullah Çörtü, General Manager of OSTİM Industrial Investments and Operations Inc., provided the following information: “We completed and handed over the Ostim Technopark building. We will receive rental income from it for 20 years. It was also a significant investment that will contribute to the value of OSTİM. The OSTİM Prestige Project was also completed. In 2018, we exported over 6 million TL. Our exports are carried out under two main headings. Firstly, we export construction machinery spare parts under the OSTİM brand. Our other export heading is aluminum injection work. We issued invoices to 17 countries for exports. In total, we export to 51 different countries. We export to China and the USA.”
At the general assembly, the activity report and income and expenditure accounts were approved by the company shareholders, and the Board of Directors members were determined. As a result of the election, Sıtkı Öztuna, Murat Ali Yülek, Nilüfer Arıak (as independent Board Members), and Turan Erol were elected to the Board of Directors.
