Founded through the efforts of Cevat Dündar and a group of entrepreneurs, and preparing to celebrate its 50th anniversary, OSTİM aims to continue its contributions to Turkish industry with its strong production capabilities by increasing its scientific and technological expertise. The university project, which has been under development for some time by the OSTİM Foundation and meticulously designed, has yielded encouraging news.

OSTİM Technical University, which successfully completed the stages of the Council of Higher Education (YÖK) and received unanimous approval from all members of the National Education, Culture, Youth and Sports Committee of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (TBMM) during the legislative discussions, was included in the Bill on Amendments to Certain Laws and Decrees for the Purpose of Industrial Development and Production Support, which was accepted by the TBMM.

The law, approved by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, has been published in the Official Gazette and entered into force. According to the law, OSTİM Technical University will be established in Ankara by the Middle East Industrial and Trade Center Research Development Education Development and Consulting Foundation (OSTİM Foundation).

It will produce original projects and solutions
