Aktuğ Metal was founded in 1994 in Ostim, Ankara, in a 400m2 area, recognizing that metal shaping would add value to the company and the country. This led the company to focus on metal processing, its current area of activity. By 2008, the company had reached over 150 employees and operated production facilities totaling 13,000m2 (5,000m2 closed in Ankara – Ostim and 5,000m2 closed and 3,000m2 open in Ankara – Kazan).

In this marathon that we started with 3-meter press brakes and 3-meter guillotine shears, you need to take big steps and have enough stamina. In this sense, as young entrepreneurs, Tuğcular is one of the first few companies to bring 6-meter press brakes and shears to Ankara – Ostim. Later, when we brought in 12-meter press brake bending machines, our goal was to become one of the few large companies in our field that could meet Turkey's needs. And when we started providing subcontracting services for 12-meter bending, we saw that our customers were now exchanging ideas with us and submitting proposals for international projects. It is truly one of the things we enjoy most that they export to us with confidence.

In 2005, in response to customer demand, Tuğcular Lazer introduced a laser cutting machine, considered one of the most important metalworking machines in many parts of the world, bringing in the latest Bystronic brand laser cutting machine. The machine's power and speed allowed for more cost-effective cutting, positively impacting our customers. We achieve higher quality work at a lower cost. Our 36.5-meter (3 meters by 6.5 meters) 6 kW laser cutting machine, introduced at the beginning of 2008, is a first in Ankara. Our customers prefer this 6.5-meter laser machine, minimizing waste and allowing them to cut their materials more efficiently. Parts up to 6.5 meters can be cut in a single piece using this laser machine, which offers higher quality cutting, rather than plasma cutting. Furthermore, our 3-meter by 14-meter laser cutting machine, scheduled to become operational in Istanbul at the end of 2008, is another first in Turkey. Equipped with the latest technology, this machine has brought TUĞCULAR's machinery park to a world-class level and enabled it to offer its customers a significant manufacturing capability. Our esteemed entrepreneurs can use our machine tools as a reference when submitting their domestic and international bids, and we will offer them the necessary attention and flexibility regarding price and delivery times.

Tuğcular Metal Factory produces flagpoles and polygonal poles in an 8000 m2 area. Project-based work received by our factory is manufactured and delivered to its location in accordance with ISO 9001 and TSE certification standards. Our factory's equipment, including a 12-meter press brake, a 12-meter cold guillotine cutting machine, a 3-meter x 12-meter plasma cutting machine, and other metal processing machines, provides us with a flexible structure. This allows us to manufacture all kinds of metal and steel products.

At TUĞCULAR Metal, we believe that competition brings benefits. We are not striving to be the only one in Turkey. We are striving to create a global market. A significant metal market developing in Turkey will put us at the forefront of the global market. Indeed, we and our country seem to have achieved this volume in the automotive sector, the medical sector, the shipbuilding industry, the energy sector, industrial buildings, and steel construction works. For these sectors to expand further, there needs to be more companies with large machinery parks like ours. Tuğcular being alone will not create a market. Tuğcular exists with its competitors, but being one step ahead of them is our principle.
