ARİŞ was founded in Ankara in 1987 to provide engineering services in the machinery manufacturing industry. During its establishment and subsequent years, it focused on machinery manufacturing, process solutions, and steel structure manufacturing and assembly. In recent years, it has developed expertise in turnkey product development (including design, work package manufacturing, assembly, integration, and commissioning).

Following a management change at the beginning of 2013, ARİŞ significantly expanded its areas of operation to include the energy sector, in line with the expertise of its management team. It plays a pioneering role, particularly in the design, manufacturing, and localization of critical equipment used in landfill gas and biogas power plants.
