İşNet, a subsidiary of Türkiye İş Bankası, was established in 1999 with the aim of expanding the use of internet banking and increasing the number of internet-connected customers. In line with technological advancements, it has developed an internet infrastructure and begun offering communication and telecommunication services to various institutions.

Having initially obtained a voice services license through investments made in 2004, İşNet expanded its services to include satellite services, offering end-to-end communication solutions. Thanks to investments made since 2005, it now has POP points in all 81 provinces.

In addition to Türk Telekom, it provides 24/7 uninterrupted communication and data services through interconnections established with domestic and international telecommunication operators and via satellite operators such as Intelsat, Eutelsat, and Avanti.

İşNet has expanded its field of activity and range of services over the years, offering Voice, Data Center, Internet, Virtual Network-VPN, and Satellite Services to companies and public institutions of all sizes. Since 2013, as a private integrator, it has provided services under the NetteFatura brand, adding e-invoicing, e-archive invoicing, the NetteArşiv virtual storage platform, and LucaNet SME Commercial Software (which offers full integration with NetteFatura in collaboration with TÜRMOB) to its digital product and service portfolio.
