Ceylan Rulman San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti., founded by Uğur Ceylan, was established in 1992 in OSTİM, the largest trade center in the Middle East. It began its business life in the 1980s, a period of significant growth for Turkey. At that time, the bearing industry was dependent on only a few companies. Machine design was based on the specific needs of bearings. Lathe operators were trying to keep the wheels of industry turning with primitive methods, taking the inner diameter and forming the outer diameter. It was a time when communication was done by printing, fax machines didn't exist, and computers were only seen in the "Space 1990" films. The company started under these conditions.

Located in OSTİM, the heart of the machinery industry, our company has worked with almost all OSTİM firms. We worked from 5:30 AM to 11:00 PM. We kept our machine manufacturers informed of all the latest innovations, helping them to build powerful, fast, and globally competitive machines. We provided both financial and technological support. As we enter 2015, we see that our efforts have not been in vain. Dozens of our clients, who started with three people working in 50 square meter spaces, are now contributing to our country's economy with hundreds of employees in thousands of square meter areas. As Ceylan Rulman, we have also developed ourselves by establishing a bearing design center and a bearing supply center.

We have collaborated with engineers from dozens of machinery manufacturing companies on designs, joint projects, seminars, and idea exchanges. It wouldn't be arrogance to claim we are among the most experienced.

Our branches in Istanbul and Izmir, along with our dedicated staff, provide regular service to the entire Black Sea, Central Anatolia, Marmara, Mediterranean, and Aegean regions. In addition, we have long-standing collaborations with the German KFB Bearing Development Center and Rulmenti, the world's largest roller bearing manufacturer in Romania. We offer Turkish manufacturers superior quality GoodYear and Contitech V-belts. Furthermore, in bearing housings and pulleys, we domestically produce products of a quality even superior to those claimed to be top-tier globally, thus providing three distinct advantages to our country.
