ECE TUR Group of Companies was founded in Ankara in 1981. In its early years, it carried out pond, flood protection and irrigation works for the State Hydraulic Works (DSİ), and the Kocatepe Underground Parking Lot project for Ankara Metropolitan Municipality.

ECE TUR Group of Companies, which has been steadily growing, has increased its technical competence and capacity with each new project. Parallel to this growth, the number of qualified and experienced personnel in the ECE TUR Group of Companies, primarily consisting of Civil and Mechanical Engineers and Architects, has also rapidly increased. It has developed new technologies that reduce construction times and costs without compromising quality and safety.

ECE TUR Group of Companies holds Quality Management System, Environmental Management System, and Occupational Health and Safety Management System certificates, as well as a NATO Security Certificate.
