Sectors
Our company, which entered the business world with our first establishment in 1975, ELSE Elektrik, acts as the Turkish distributor for world-renowned brands in the electrical and electronics sector. We continuously expand our product range in line with developing technology, providing solution-oriented services to our customers, especially in the field of power electronics.
Evolving economic conditions and competition have made active marketing essential for delivering products to consumers, thus increasing its importance. Our company, which quickly adapts to global dynamics, has developed its sales network with its experienced and technically equipped engineers.
The company entered both the textile and manufacturing sectors in 1993 with the commencement of production at its cotton yarn manufacturing facility. Located in Çorlu, the factory covers 80,000 m² of open space, including 42,000 m² of covered area, and exports its open-end and ring yarns to many countries around the world, primarily in Europe and America. The initial 15-ton daily yarn production capacity was followed by a knitting facility and, most recently, a fully automated 10-ton daily capacity yarn dyeing facility, which became operational in 2007.
Textile products are materials needed in many areas of our lives, starting with the most basic necessities, and their production continues to increase. Recycling is considered the best solution for both natural and synthetic textile waste, due to reasons such as reducing environmental impact in production processes and preventing problems that would arise if discarded into nature. The recovery of textile scraps generated during production plays a significant role worldwide.
In 2018, in order to keep pace with this global development and to leverage our expertise in the textile sector, ELSE transformed our existing Çorlu factory into a state-of-the-art regenerated fiber and yarn production facility.
Our facility, which has a monthly production capacity of 700 tons of fiber and 800 tons of colored yarn, started full-capacity production in May 2018.
70% of our production is exported to many countries around the world, primarily Europe, South America, Africa, and Russia. The remaining 30% meets domestic market demand.
