EMTIS was founded in 1999 by Şirnevayi BALLI. Initially, it began operations with the manufacturing and assembly of military equipment, tourist trailers, and tow bars. In a short time, it specialized in its field by offering custom-designed machinery and system equipment to its customers in addition to these manufacturing activities.

In 2008, the company implemented the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, aiming to improve the quality of its products and services, and continued its journey by increasing its quality certifications in the following years.

Established in OSTİM in 1999, EMTIS has partnered with companies on significant projects and commissioned its design and production facility in Kahraman Kazan in 2020. Growing over time by developing its work policies and team, EMTIS has become a reliable and approved solution partner for its users through the projects it offers.

By 2021, EMTIS had increased its product range and further expanded its workforce, continuing to undertake significant groundbreaking projects in both the civil and defense industries. EMTIS's driving force behind its progress lies in its projects; however, its sustained strength is its mechanical and automated production capabilities.
