Founded in 1993 under the name EBA TEKNİK, our company initially operated as an automotive parts supplier. During this period, which lasted nearly three years, we produced washers, covers, and other parts for use in various transmissions and differentials, as well as designing and manufacturing the molds used in the production of these parts.
In 1997, during a restructuring with a partnership of nine expert engineers, the company's name was changed to ethical design.
The partnership's primary objective was defined as "bringing together knowledge and expertise, and experiencing the joy of producing and sharing together."
One of the main objectives was identified as ensuring that the partnership is not limited to its core expert staff but continuously expands.
During the restructuring process, consulting, training, design, and production were identified as the company's main areas of activity, while fundamental principles were also defined:
Ethical Design presents itself to its clients with a technical, professional identity in every area it serves. This identity is never abandoned or compromised.
Everyone working at Ethical Design and everyone with whom Ethical Design works is considered a partner in the company. Therefore, every employee and every client represents a long-term partnership for Ethical Design.
Every project undertaken at Ethical Design undergoes a preliminary evaluation, discussing its compliance with engineering ethics and a humanistic worldview. The decision to proceed with the project is made based on this evaluation.
Environmental awareness, sharing of universal human knowledge, and the evaluation of universal resources through an engineering approach are among Ethical Design's primary priorities.
