Founded in 1973 by Aliyar KARACA and his partners, KOZA underwent a restructuring in 1987 and became KOZA Publishing and Distribution. Until 1997, it handled the distribution and sales of its own publications as well as textbooks and supplementary textbooks from major Turkish publishing houses nationwide. From that date onwards, with the increase in the number of publications and the establishment of a nationwide dealership network, it began to focus solely on the distribution and sales of its own publications.

KOZA Publishing strives to fulfill its mission of contributing to the upbringing of individuals who, under the light of universal truths, respect national values, love their country, think freely, are inquisitive, questioning, tolerant, helpful, honest, hardworking, and see reading and learning as the purpose of their lives, through its editorial board composed of many academics, educators, writers, distinguished scientists, and experts.

KOZA Publishing continues its efforts to develop teaching technologies and prepare teaching materials in accordance with these principles; to create new products required by the scientific and technological changes taking place in the world; and to deliver these products to its readers in the best possible way.

In line with this, our publishing house, with its nearly 40-year history, has primarily aimed to produce content for children;
