Founded in Ankara in 1968, Kurtagiç Ltd. Şti. entered the business world by manufacturing sand screening and washing plants and operating sand quarries. By the 1980s, it had begun undertaking contracting work. It acted as a contractor on projects such as the TAI (Tusaş Aerospace Industries Inc.) Aircraft Factory, the Ankara-Gerede road, and the Ankara Ring Road. In addition, it served as a contractor and subcontractor on many large projects in Ankara.
In 1990, it expanded its vision and added a limited liability company to its structure.
In 1997, Meridyen Construction, Tourism, Industry and Trade company was established under the same roof. Construction activities were increased, and the import and export of many construction materials began.
In the early 2000s, activities in the tourism sector were expanded, and various business and marketing efforts were undertaken.
Currently involved as a contractor in various projects, Kurtagiç A.Ş. also provides machinery rental for overseas projects and engages in marketing activities in the tourism sector. With its emphasis on business ethics, meticulous work, and timely delivery, Kurtagiç A.Ş. has consistently completed significant projects throughout its 40-year history, distinguishing itself through its quality in the fields it operates in, thanks to its unwavering commitment to its work principles.
