Lider Faktoring A.Ş. (“Lider Faktoring”) is a factoring company that conducts all its operations in Turkey. Lider Faktoring was established in 1992, during a period when the factoring sector in Turkey was beginning to be formalized. In 2008, the international banking group Credit Suisse acquired shares and became a partner in Lider Faktoring.

Lider Faktoring has been among the top factoring companies in terms of domestic transaction volume^1 since 2009. The company is also the first non-bank independent factoring service provider to handle transactions exceeding 1 billion TL.

A publicly traded factoring company whose shares are listed on the Istanbul Stock Exchange.

Lider Faktoring's shares, representing 15%, were offered to the public in 2014 and began trading on the Istanbul Stock Exchange (BIST) – Second National Market on June 19, 2014. Lider Faktoring became the third factoring company whose shares are traded on the Istanbul Stock Exchange.

Following its initial two-year bond issuance in 2010 targeting domestic and international investors, it has issued various debt instruments with different maturities since 2012. All of these debt instrument issuances have been very successful for the company, thus adding another pioneering step to its diverse portfolio.

Number one in corporate governance ratings

Lider Faktoring, which has been subject to corporate governance rating since 2008, achieved a first in its sector by receiving the highest score in 2010, 2011, and 2013 among "privately traded organizations with corporate governance ratings" at the Corporate Governance Awards given by the Corporate Governance Association, winning first place for three consecutive years.
