Since its establishment in 2000, Umut Otomotiv has been serving you with its customer-focused policy. With our expert team specializing in automotive spare parts supply, we have made it our mission to contribute added value to the national economy, and we continue on our path with the support of our customers. Umut Otomotiv, initially entering the sector in 2000 as a Ford spare parts company, started with the buying and selling of damaged vehicles. Constantly renewing itself and growing, our company expanded its operations in 2002 to include collecting returned parts from service centers and insurance companies for all makes of vehicles. In 2004, we restructured and reached our current position, providing clean, undamaged, and reusable parts from heavily damaged and scrapped vehicles back to the national economy and our customers, preventing the outflow of cash from our domestic market and avoiding high costs for our customers in the automotive spare parts market. In 2006, our company focused all its concentration and strength solely on Ford brand spare parts, and from that year to the present, we have been striving to provide the highest quality service to our customers in the Ford brand. Through our partnerships with numerous service providers and institutions, we are shortening our access routes to our customers day by day, easing the burden of high service and repair costs. In terms of logistics, we work with successful, reliable cargo companies such as MNG Cargo and Sürat Cargo, which have nationwide accessibility, minimizing cargo costs. Since our establishment, we have been located in Ankara – Ostim Yıldız Industrial Zone, with 800 m2 of closed area, 600 m2 of open area, and a 1400 m2 warehouse, stocking used original, new original and new equivalent parts for all Ford vehicles.
