Our company, Alfacom, began its commercial operations in Nigeria in 2000 as Alphacom Communications Limited. The initial mission of the company was to sell and service telecommunication systems to large oil and gas industries. Over time, Alphacom has evolved into a company that provides comprehensive solutions for all types of telecommunication, Local and Wide Area Network (LAN/WAN), and transmission equipment in the corporate sector, and successfully manages the after-sales service of these solutions.

In order to utilize the experience gained in Turkey, Alfacom Communication Industry and Trade Ltd. Co. was established in 2004.

Leveraging its expertise in the telecommunications sector, the company has developed its capabilities in IP PBX, IP Phone, IVR, WFM, and voice recording systems, and has risen to the position of a solution partner capable of creating and providing support services for Call Center requirements that incorporate all of these systems, using its own team.

In addition, to enable its customers to use IP systems, it produces brand-independent solutions for their structured cabling, wireless access, and low-voltage projects.

Over time, our company has evolved into an organization capable of offering innovative solutions to all kinds of technological needs of its users.
