AMP Software was founded in Istanbul in 1993 by two civil engineers with the aim of creating a strong bridge between the construction and service sectors and the IT sector. The company's main objective was to produce tender and payment certificate software and services for the private sector and public institutions and contractors operating in accordance with the Public Procurement Law and other related legislation.

**In 1995, AMP Payment and Estimation DOS was launched as the fundamental and sole application providing definitive solutions for calculations such as transportation quantity surveying and price difference calculations, serving as an inspiration for all modern payment software.

In 1997, Turkey's first tender preparation program was launched.

In 1998, Turkey's first and only Qualification and Appropriate Price Program, which served as an inspiration for tender automation software on the market, was launched.

In 2000, AMP Payment and Estimation Windows was launched, opening a new chapter for payment estimation programs.

In 2001, the AMP CRM system was launched.

AMP Tender Automation, a tender process management and implementation software compliant with Law No. 4734 (2003), was launched.

2004 AMP Approximate Cost and Proposal tool was made available.

2005 AMP Payment and Estimated Cost system was launched.

In 2006, the Goods and Services modules of the Tender Preparation program were made available.

In 2007, the Ankara Regional Directorate was opened, and an R&D unit was established at METU Technopark. Using advanced technologies within the scope of EBYS (Electronic Document Management System) projects, the development of far superior products began.

In 2008, the new AMP Tender Automation project, representing the pinnacle of tender processes, was completed.

In 2009, AMP MH, Turkey's first Goods and Services Payment Certificate, was launched. This program filled a significant gap in the sector.

As a result of our 2010 R&D efforts, the AMP Tender Automation Consulting Module was launched.

In 2011, AMP Academy was launched. Training, courses, and seminars began to be offered throughout Turkey in the fields of quantity surveying, cost estimation, historical artifacts, and tender procedures. Considering the needs of private sector and construction companies working abroad, AMP Construction Proposal, Turkey's first and only program capable of preparing bids based on exchange rates, was made available.

For our 2012 Estimated Cost and Payment Calculation programs, the AMP Planner: Work Schedule module and the Forest Roads module have been made available.

2013 AMP Corporate Payment Management was launched. With its corporate features, security, and management standards, it is the best payment management program developed to date.

In 2014, Kolay Metraj, the most practical way to extract quantities from drawings, was launched, another first in the industry.

In 2015, structural adjustments were made to the Work Program, Corporate Payment, Payment and Estimated Cost, and AMP Goods and Services Procurement Payment programs in line with R&D studies. The Yapımaliyet.com website was modernized.

In 2016, consulting services in the field of payment and contract disputes were launched. The websites yapimaliyet.com, birimfiyat.net, ampyazilim.com.tr, and kolaymetraj.com were revamped. AMP E-Commerce and Hakedis.org websites were launched. The MAH program was transformed into Türkiye's most comprehensive and reliable payment and service program with added features such as employee personnel files, payroll, and more. Many new features were added to the Corporate Payment and Estimated Cost program, and the Kolaymetraj program was improved and released as a standalone version.

In 2017, Birimfiyat.net website was revamped. The Corporate Payment and Estimated Cost program received new features including an Administrator Console Module, Guarantee Tracking and Advance Management Module, Item Proposal System, security enhancements, and many more. The AMP Direct Procurement program was upgraded to an MS SQL database, enabling unit-based workflows and improving the statistics section.

In 2018, the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization developed and launched a Unit Price Automation program for the High Council of Science and Technology. AMP Software won the tender for the IZSU Infrastructure Payment Program.

**In 2019, the Corporate Infrastructure Estimated Cost and Payment Calculation program was launched. Integration with ComDonatı was completed. The Easy Quantity Survey Reinforcement program was launched. The following modules were added to the Corporate Payment Calculation and Estimated Cost program: Liquidation Module, Contract Management Module, Inspection and Acceptance Procedures Module, Market Price Research Module, Steel Mesh Module, and Special Consumption Tax Price Difference Module.
