Cooking and serving... Since 1989, these are the two things we do best for distinguished public institutions and corporate private firms. Our areas of expertise include mass catering, private meals, cocktails, and event services.
The on-site food production and service business started in 1990 with the Dr. Muhittin Ülker Emergency and Traumatology Hospital, which was the first privatized hospital in Turkey. Since then, on-site food production services have been provided to numerous public and private sector institutions and continue to be provided.
Our central kitchen was established to meet the growing demand resulting from our unique service approach and our commitment to unlimited customer satisfaction. Founded in 2004, our factory, with a 1000 m2 indoor area, provides catering services and has a capacity of 7658 units per day.
Mendika Catering produces and serves 40,000 meals, primarily in Ankara, but also including projects outside the city. We provide these services with 800 insured employees.
Mendika Food and Catering, with its commitment to unparalleled quality, has been awarded nationally and internationally valid quality certificates by the Turkish Standards Institute.
