It first started operating in Kırıkkale in 1992 under the name KISMET TEKNİK.
Later, in 1995, we moved to Ankara and began providing technical service. Operating with the principles of honesty and business ethics, we worked with many official, private, and military institutions in Ankara, and began to receive their appreciation for our work. Faced with this responsibility, we couldn't remain indifferent, and to increase customer satisfaction in both pre-sales and after-sales services, we decided to establish a chain of stores under the name ÖZKISMET TEKNİK, and began providing services through our showrooms. Our goal is to expand our operations throughout Türkiye with these stores and technical support units. We are proud and happy to have achieved success in Ankara and the Central Anatolia region, which we see as the first step towards this goal.
Currently, in our stores and technical service centers in Ankara, we will continue to provide you with accurate and informative information about the products you need, both before and after the sale, with our friendly staff, and we will never deviate from our goals.
