Stone Oven Cafe and Restaurant
Founded in 2001 in İncirli as a family company, we moved to Ostim in 2003 and continue to innovate and grow every day.
In our stone oven, we serve our own homemade baked goods: bagels, rolls, pastries, various dry and wet pastries. In the mornings, we cater to your taste buds with a rich breakfast selection, our delicious buttery Erzurum-style water pastry, various pastries, soups, stews, and grilled dishes.
Our local dishes include İspir dried beans, shepherd's stew with butter, saç kavurma (a type of stir-fried meat dish), kelle paça çorbası (lamb's head and trotters soup), and ayak paça çorbası (lamb's foot and trotters soup).
We continue to delight the palates of our valued customers with our exquisite butter baklava, baked in our own stone oven.
At our store, we also serve our valued customers in our delicatessen section. All of the products in our delicatessen section are regionally sourced. Our aged Kashar cheeses are from Kars, butter, honey, and moldy (goğermiş) cheeses are from Erzurum, Tulum cheese is from Erzincan, our olives are from Gemlik, and we offer you the most natural products with our various types of cheese from Ezin.
