It is responsible for planning the integration of existing waste management services into a zero-waste management system, including the transition process, and for ensuring that all institutions, organizations, and businesses within its boundaries comply with this plan.
Within this scope, companies operating within the Organized Industrial Zone are required to register their company by accessing the Integrated Environmental Information System (https://ecbs.cevre.gov.tr/KullaniciIslemleri/Giris) and, after registration, to log in to the Zero Waste Information System and fill in their company information. After completing the registration process, the application form provided by the Ministry's system must be submitted to the OSTİM Organized Industrial Zone Directorate with a wet signature.
