Occupational Medicine Services
Occupational health service includes guidance, counseling, health surveillance and health-related training of employees by the workplace physician.

According to the Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331, employers must have a workplace doctor and other health personnel among their employees. In case of not fulfilling the provision of employing a workplace doctor, a fine of 5,000 TL is imposed on the employer for each month if the violation continues. If other health personnel do not fulfill their obligation to employ, a fine of 2,695 TL per month is imposed on the employer in case of continuing violation of 2,500 TL.

According to the 6331 New Occupational Health and Safety Law, the employer is obliged to have a workplace doctor and other health personnel among its employees. In the absence of qualified personnel among its employees, it can perform all or part of this service by receiving services from the joint health and safety units (OSGB).
