In accordance with the law numbered 6331 published in the Official Gazette with the number: 28339 dated 30 June 2012, it is said that the employer ensures that the necessary controls, measurements, examinations and researches are carried out in terms of occupational health and safety in the working environment and in determining the risks that the employees are exposed to in this environment. In this context, the Regulation on Health and Safety Conditions in the Use of Work Equipment was first introduced in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Turkey No. 28628, dated 25 April 2013, Thursday, instead of occupational health and safety.
