Jib Cranes

The lifting system (cat) is suspended on an arm attached to a column. The load is moved in three dimensions by rotating 360 degrees around the column.
ADMIRALCompass Console (monorail) Profile
Ready-made I profile or custom made I profile beam can be strengthened with a lattice structure according to static conditions, or it can be hung from the top with a tension profile. The difference between the systems is determined by the place and purpose of application. The monorail profile (console) is connected to the column with a special roller bearing system and can rotate 360 degrees around the column.

It is generally manufactured by bending large diameter, thick-walled steel pipe or sheet metal. If desired, different profiles can also be used.

Jib crane console has 360 degree mobility around the column by means of the pinion connected to the column or to the gearmotor on the console. The rotation movement can also be done manually if desired.

Lifting system (cat) wheels are made of steel casting or billet material with a special turning process. Different types and sizes of bearings are used in the bearings, depending on the crane type and tonnage.

The lifting system is driven by geared electric motors connected to the wheels. Movement can be single speed, double speed or variable speed (inverter system) according to need. Precise speeds are provided by double-speed electric motors or planetary gearboxes.

  • There are limit switches that can be adjusted according to the lowest and highest position of the hook in the lifting system.

  • The load hook is manufactured according to DIN 687.
  • The load hook can rotate freely around its axis and is ball bearing.
  • There is a spring lock mechanism on the load hook that prevents the rope from coming off.
  • Load hooks are made of forged steel.

  • Bridge/car driving and lifting system electricity is transported in different ways according to demand or project needs.
    These;
    • Cornice system with cable car
    • Monorail profile with cable car
    • Cable trolley system on load carrier monorail
    • Closed busbar system
  • Electric motors 380 V. 50 Hz. They are short-circuit rotor or ring asynchronous electric motors operating in three-phase network.
  • There are contactor, thermal protector, fuse, phase protection system (emergency stop) in the control circuits, and the main contactor that cuts the main circuit.
  • Suspended button control system can be as follows;

  • Steel wire rope reels are cast steel in GS 52 quality and are enclosed in sheet metal to prevent the rope from coming off.
  • Pinion gear wheels C8620, large gear wheels C8640, shafts are made of C1050 quality material and are hardened by cementation or nitriding.
