Deionization : It is the process of removing all ions in the water by ion exchange method. With ion exchange resins, the elimination of all ions is achieved by natural forces. In the production of deionized water, ion exchange resins are put into service both as converted from the ions desired to be removed from the water to a less preferred ionic form.
The cationic resin used in the deionization process will be regenerated with HCl and the anionic resin will pass after the cationic resin column of the system and the regeneration of the anionic resin will be done with NaOH.
Areas of Use of Deionization Systems; Pharmaceutical Industry, Cosmetics and Detergent Production, Stainless Steel Goods Production, Glass Production, Electronics Industry, Chemical Industry, Offset Printing, Laboratories Battery Water Production Attention; The installation load should not be put on the automatic valve. Therefore, the installation must be suspended. Also; The inlets and outlets of the automatic valve must be made with a flexible hose. |
The connection diagram is a suggestion, piping and fittings are not included in the scope of delivery. In order for the system to work, a water pressure of at least 2 bar is required during all working processes. |
