Workplaces are divided into 3 classes as less dangerous, dangerous and very dangerous. Workplaces in these classes receive the services of an occupational physician, occupational safety specialist and other health personnel by agreement with the OSGB authorized by the Republic of Turkey, Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Services.
As of 1 January 2013, all workplaces with more than 50 employees, regardless of hazard class
As of July 1, 2013, all companies that are in the dangerous and very dangerous class and have at least 1 employee,
As of July 1, 2020, public institutions and workplaces that are in the less dangerous class and have less than 50 employees are obliged to receive OSGB service.
