Tekno Maccaferri gabions are cages designed from double twisted hexagonal knitted steel wire mesh. Our gabions, which are delivered in parts, are assembled at the project site and then filled with stones. Gabion wall units have many uses and are often used to create flexible, permeable and monolithic structures such as retaining walls, channel linings, hydraulic control structures and erosion protectors.
