Ege Transportation delivers the shipments it receives from the addresses of its customers to the addresses of the recipients with its superior working understanding and quality service principle. All shipments transported are insured at no additional charge, providing a reliable and fast service to customers. For each piece of shipment, it is processed on the computers in the branches and all shipments are tracked electronically throughout their journey with the numbers given to you.

Our customers, who benefit from our sectoral solutions, can reach the information they want in the format they want, with the least effort, by the authorized person with the understanding of quality and superior service. Our customers choose the type of payment they want according to their own payment preferences. In the payment periods agreed jointly with our customers together with the service offer, invoice payments are collected on due date by cash, bank transfer or check.

Aegean Transportation officials while providing this service, the identity presentation or authorization document is for your safety. If your shipment is a commercial shipment, don't forget to deliver the packing slip and invoice.

After the Aegean Transportation officer receives your shipment, he will give you a warehouse receipt slip. With this receipt and invoice, you can track whether your shipment has reached its address or our branch, where it will be delivered according to your request. If you want your shipments to be received from your address, you can make your shipment by calling 444 6 343 or by notifying our nearest branch.

Home delivery

Your shipments received from your address or delivered to our branch are delivered to the address of the recipient if you wish. If the recipient cannot be found at the address, a notification note with the name of the relevant branch and authorized person is left. Shipments not received by the recipient are returned after waiting for five business days.

Delivery from Branch

If you want your shipment to be picked up by the recipient from our nearest branch, you can use our delivery service from the branch.

Warehouse Receipt Receipt:

Advance Payment Invoice (PÖ)

It is an invoice issued for shipments for which the shipping fee will be paid by the sender at the origin centre.

Fee Buyer Invoice (PP)

It is an invoice issued for shipments for which the transportation fee will be paid by the buyer at the destination center.
