İZOSAN - POZZOLANA FLEX - DESCRIPTION

* POZZOLANA FLEX is a two component, acrylic reinforced, flexible cement based waterproofing material.
* In order to ensure the water impermeability of the application surface (concrete), the two mixtures should be mixed at the construction site and applied with a brush in the form of two coats (1 coat of primer, 1 coat of POZZOLANA FLEX).
* POZZOLANA FLEX can be successfully applied on foundation curtains and terrace roofs.
* In the foundation curtains, there is no need for any other production to protect the insulation.
* Building fillings can be made immediately after insulation.
* In terrace applications, protective flooring against UV rays should be made.
* In positive applications, 5 kg primer, 1.2 kg powder and liquid mixture should be used per square meter.
* This amount may increase according to the water pressure in negative applications.

IMPLEMENTATION
* After cleaning the surface to be applied and, if necessary, acid washing, the application surface will be moistened, the primer to be prepared will be applied in one layer, the mixture consisting of powder and liquid will be applied to the surface with a brush after mixing.
* After the first layer (primer) application is completed, the next day, the second layer should be applied by making the necessary moistening.
* In practice, the second layer should be applied to the perpendicular direction of the first floor.
* Before the application, segregation areas that may be found on the concrete surface should be repaired with thin mortar, tie rod holes should be carefully filled with TIE-ROD filling material.

PACKAGING and STORAGE
* Shelf life is 13 months in 20 kg plastic buckets, 30 kg propylene bags in a dry environment at 7°C.
