It is a survey conducted to determine the geotechnical characteristics of the ground on which all kinds of buildings sit (topographic features of the ground, slope-landslide condition, seismicity of the ground, bearing forces, groundwater level, seismic velocities, dominant periods of the ground, bulk modulus, dynamic elastic parameters, etc.).
Our company carries out ground survey studies on the basis of parcels. With the ground survey work to be prepared by our company, you can have information about the ground structure of your building.

Soil survey research consists of two main parts:

1. Field Study
According to the program to be carried out before the survey, our company's engineers come to the site and determine the building features on the ground, the topographic characteristics of the ground, the slope condition, etc. determines the works to be carried out on the ground (number of drilling or research pits, depth, seismic laying number, etc.) according to
a) Soil investigation sounding or exploration pit

c) Resistivity study


2. Office Work
Following the field work, drilling work, seismic and resistivity studies, a ground survey report is prepared, which includes the seismicity of the ground, bearing forces, soil classification, groundwater condition, slope-landslide situation, and suggestions about the foundation. The prepared report is prepared in accordance with the format of the Ministry of Public Works and is approved by the Chamber of Geological Engineers.
