The quality of high-pressure industrial and medical gas cylinders is CONTROLLED starting from the raw material input stage, at every stage of production and at the completion stage, and the products are presented to the user as certified by BURSAN GUVENCES.
| · | Tubes are made of special alloy high quality seamless steel drawn pipes, 0.22 lt. in accordance with (TS 11169) standard. 66.7 liters of capacity. It is produced in different volumes up to capacity, with 225-250-300-345 Bar pressure. |
| · | Tube, bottom and neck forms are shaped with the FORGING METHOD without welding, and they are subjected to normalization, tempering and tempering processes in the heat treatment stage followed by automatic control devices. |
| · | Metallurgical and physical tests are applied to the produced tubes in modern BURSAN laboratories, the production line is controlled by non-destructive testing processes, fatigue tests, working under pressure, explosion and deformation tests are applied to the products. |
| · | According to customer demands, cylinders are also certified by domestic or foreign independent surveillance and inspection institutions. |
| · | After shipment, the tubes are subject to product monitoring with the tube serial numbers on the products. |
