In 1988, Yeni Taç Boya San.Tic.Ltd. Sti. In Ankara / established in Ostim is, all kinds of paint (construction and industrial paints) and exterior engaged in the production of special coatings, then held on Hasanoğlan Road Junction in 2000, 10,000 m ² built on plot 4000 m ² closed area with continued its activities in its modern factory. Plas'coll Spray Plaster , which is one of these products, is a preferred product thanks to its decorative appearance, thin and thick textured, waterproof feature and ease of application on all surfaces. While it was in search of other than standard productions, after about three years of R&D work, DSI started the production of Plas'coll Elastomeric Resin Based Joint Filler, which is used in irrigation canals and will be used in dilatations in all constructions at a later stage.
