They are systems that can be added to the production line without the need for extra labor when the weight of a product needs to be controlled or priced according to its weight. Checkweighers, which are used in many production lines by many industries, are manufactured in different designs according to their measuring capacity and function. Pharmaceutical Checkweigher System

Checkweigher systems for the pharmaceutical industry control the weight of the boxed products within a certain tolerance on the flowing line. As a result of the control, the drugs that are not in the range are sent to the reject box with compressed air. In this way, the boxes with missing leaflets or blisters can be prevented from reaching the patient. You can control 200 boxes per minute with a precision of 0.01(d) g at a speed of 40 m/min and a repeatability of 0.1 g.

The load cell of the Checkweigher pharmaceutical weight measuring machine system, of which all components (including software) are developed in-house, are supplied from Germany. The tests of the load cell used were made using OIML standards. GMP, Gamp5 Validation and 21 CFR 11 declarations, which are the most important requirements of the pharmaceutical industry, were taken into consideration during the design phase and the system was arranged in accordance with the relevant validations. All validation documents are delivered during the installation processes.

Food Checkweigher System

Checkweigher systems for the food industry are used to control the weight of the products produced and to apply the price tags of the products sold by weight with Print & Apply systems. Depending on the production and transportation conditions of the food produced, systems that differ in material properties (stainless steel, aluminum) can be produced. The labels created on the flowing line with the data received from the Checkweighter system are attached to the correct product, and the products that are found to be faulty are removed from the line thanks to continuous error control. For example, measuring the weight of shelf products produced in a chicken packaging factory on the flowing line during production and applying the weight information to the package with the label.
