The QR code machine, which we have designed in accordance with the requirements of the pharmaceutical industry, applies data matrix with thermal inkjet technology, then controls the data matrix printing with the industrial camera system using the ISO 15415 standard. Boxes that cannot provide the appropriate grade value as a result of the control are separated from the line by piston or compressed air. The QR code machine, which can be integrated into very high-speed production lines, has the capacity to process 400 boxes per minute. Texts that are applied together with QR code printing can be controlled with OCR/OCV technology within the same system. Medicine boxes that do not comply with OCR/OCV are removed from the line with compressed air or piston.

Our system, which can print data matrix on pharmaceutical boxes with thermal inkjet technology, is designed to take up minimum space on the production line with its compact design and can verify with two mutual inkjet prints and cameras according to your operation requirements. In the design of the inkjet data coding machine, all electrical, communication and OTVT equipment is gathered on a body, making it easier to use off-line.

The inkjet data matrix machine is fully integrated with the VISIOTT serialization line software. The system, which prints data matrix in accordance with the "DRUG TRACKING SYSTEM" regulation applied in our country, can also produce data matrix online or offline in accordance with the regulations determined by the authorities of other world countries.
