The EAC document expresses compliance with the Customs Union regulations. The Customs Union technical regulations developed as of 31 December 2012 cover different product groups.
Depending on the conditions of the product certification declaration, the certificate can be issued for a maximum of 5 years, for a certain batch or mass production products. Surveillance audits are carried out every year in order to maintain the validity of certifications for more than 1 year.
