The Wattmeter is designed to measure the active power of the energy drawn from the network, and the Varmeter is designed to measure the reactive power. As standard, devices are produced for single-phase and three-phase balanced loads (3-wire), with ARON connection (3-wire for unbalanced loads), and for three-phase unbalanced loads (4-wire).
