CONCRETE POST WIRE MESH
On the existing ground to be surrounded, pits with a diameter of 50x50 and a depth of 40 cm are dug at 3 meters intervals.

The desired prefabricated concrete poles are buried 40 cm in these pits and filled with 200 dose concrete and left to freeze.

Double struts (rest) are placed on every 15 posts (45 meters apart).
After the pole planting, 3 rows of tension wire are drawn.

A spiral braid is drawn on this prepared skeleton. The tensioner wires are tied to each pole by knotting with 2 mm tie wire.

The process is completed by pulling 2 or 3 rows of barbed wire to the curved parts.



TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Reinforced concrete poles are compressed and cast in oiled steel doors with a vibration system and are produced using 400 doses of concrete.

It is subjected to steam curing (oven drying) for a long life. In order to be durable, 4 pieces of construction iron are placed inside, and a stirrup iron is used every 25 cm.
