Gearbox bodies are made of ESV25_ ESV90 type araso aluminum injection casting, ESV100-ESV130 type is made of Gg22 cast iron. Thanks to the cubic type of the gearboxes, it provides mounting possibility in all directions. Worm screw is made of heat-treated and ground cementation steel. Yellow gear is made of GcuSn12 Bronze material. Synthetic oil is used in the gearboxes between ESV25-ESV90 and mineral oil is used in the gearboxes between ESV100-ESV 130. There is a possibility to easily change the inlet (PAM B14) and output flanges of the gearboxes.
There are various bond ratios from 7.5 to 100 in reducers.
