Leaks in network networks cause significant water loss. Thanks to the systematic monitoring of the network with SePem ®, you can reliably detect existing leaks with data loggers and catch leaks after repair in a short time. SePem ® is much faster than traditional methods.

Systematic Leak Detection
The SePem ® System includes the SePem® 01 Master receiver and multiple data loggers; The SePem® 01 Master receiver can control up to 400 data loggers. SePem® 100s are preferred for mobile use, while SePem® 150s are designed for permanent use. They are magnetically attached to valve rod extensions, hydrants or other connections in the pipe network. The microphone integrated into the recorder converts structure-borne noise on the line into an audio signal. This will give better results if applied at times of low consumption. Listening between 2:00 and 4:00 am is more effective when there is little noise interference in the surrounding. In a sealed line, the measured noise level during this time is almost zero. If there is a leak in the pipeline, noise loggers will measure higher values, thus indicating a leak.

SePem ® 100:
Data loggers for mobile use
SePem® 100 data loggers with integrated antenna are suitable for mobile use in city networks. They are placed on ports at measuring points in a specific network section and record the sound level for a programmable period of time. Recorders are collected after recording. The measurement data is transmitted to the SePem® 01 Master via radio frequencies. Significantly high measured values indicating leakage are immediately indicated by an audible warning. This is a reliable way to detect existing leaks. Loggers are then successively placed in other parts of the network until the entire network is checked.

SePem ® 150:
Security Through Permanent Monitoring

SePem® 150 data loggers are designed for constant monitoring of water networks. They have an external antenna. SePem® 150s listen to the volume within a programmable time. The data values that the noise recorders send to the SePem ® 01 Master are checked periodically (eg daily or weekly) and the values are compared.

Data loggers have IP68 protection class. The housing is made of stainless steel and a special tried and tested plastic that is also used in the housing of pumps used in sewage treatment. SePem ® Software for Easy Evaluation

SePem® software is a convenient tool for evaluating data. The data of the SePem® noise recorders are transmitted via USB from the SePem® 01 Master to the PC. Loggers can be dragged and dropped on the map if the computer is connected to the internet. All saved measurements are then assigned to this measurement point.
It has many functions to professionally view both mobile and mobile requirements. In the absence of an internet connection, the measurement data is normally displayed in a table in Explorer view.

SePem ® Master Communicator for Data Backup and Visualization

SePem ® Master Software is free software that allows you to view data managed in SePem® 01 Master directly on a computer. Working data is transmitted directly and saved in the database. In the logger lists you can directly access and easily manage the measurements of individual SePem® noise loggers.
