Social Aids Module

It is the module in which the aids made by the Social Services Directorate are created, monitored and managed.

Disabled & Elderly Module

It is the module where the disabled and elderly people residing in the city are registered and the services provided according to their needs are managed and followed up.

Mother Milk Baby Module

It is the module where the follow-up and registration processes of the mothers who go to family health centers are carried out during the last 3 months of pregnancy and the first 3 months of birth, and milk aids are created as a result of the follow-ups, and their follow-up and management is carried out. In addition, on the welcome baby side, delivery and follow-up of baby packages are carried out according to the newborn baby information received from the system or from the provincial health directorate.

Housing & Accommodation Module

It is the module where the entrance and assistance works of the people who come to or brought to the shelter center, which provides 24/7 service under the Social Services Department, are carried out. While accommodation service is provided for people living in the city, accommodation service is provided for people who have come from outside the city.

White Hearts Module

It is a training and assistance module for children in the social risk group aged 12-18.
