THE SECRET OF THE WORK: In our NI-HARD Double Shaft Mixers, we supply our NI-HARD internal wear-resistant materials as standard. This special alloy is known for its high resistance to abrasion and is applied in many different application areas such as concrete mixing, grinding of coal and other minerals, slurry pumps, concrete pumps, piston manufacturing, gear manufacturing. Although it is more costly at first, it is superior to its Ni-Hard counterparts in terms of wear resistance and total operating cost. It has been proven that NI-HARD's wear life is 3 times longer than its counterparts.

WHY DO WE USE NI-HARD? The hardness of NI-HARD material is equal in each layer and therefore wear rates do not change. Depending on the hardness of the aggregate used, when the wear parts begin to wear, the estimated life of the Ni-Hard mixer internal wear-resistant can reach a production capacity of 1,000,000m³, depending on the mixer type and capacity.
PERFECT PALLET STRUCTURE The track structure of the Double Shaft Mixer is designed to be robust and wear-resistant. Each of the pallet groups connected to the spiral-shaped main shaft is reinforced against failure and its concave structure offers longer life. The design and quality of the pallet constructions of our mixers are market-leading and their quality is comparable to many German products on the market today. The average life of the mixer assembly is equal to the wear-free plates and the casting thickness of the mixer, so the average life of MEKA equipment often outperforms many of our competitors. The track angle of 45° is also proof that it can withstand greater loads, so it is capable of making zero-slump concrete, RCC mixes and all types of concrete mixes.
UNIQUE BEARING AND LEAK-PROOF DESIGNThe specially designed bearing and Double Shaft Mixer sealing assembly consists of several metal and polyurethane components. In case of a leakage problem, the bearings are housed outside the mixer in a specially designed enclosure that prevents cement slurry from entering the interior, so with proper and routine maintenance, the estimated life of each bearing can be considered to be 500,000 m³ of production. The labyrinth seal seal creates a natural seal by holding the grease released by the automatic lubrication system and prevents the cement slurry from passing through the bearings.

PERFECT LUBRICATION SYSTEMThe central automatic lubrication system sends grease to the mixer labyrinth seals continuously thanks to the sensors located in each seal, and transmits a warning message without encountering a problem.


GRAIN SIZE IS IMPORTANT IN RCC. While the maximum workable particle size of Single Shaft Mixers is approximately 70mm, Double Shaft mixers can process mixtures containing particles up to 150mm in diameter.

MIXER TOP COVERThe dustproof mixer cover is equipped with a large maintenance cover with a safety lock and is supported by a shock absorber that provides easy access for maintenance. Many connection types and other controls are also available for material loading.

WATER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEMWe offer the gravity-operated water distribution system with distributor nozzle, ex-factory. Depending on the application, many water distribution systems are available on demand, either sprayed, gravity-based or pressurized.
MIXER DRAIN COVERA hydraulic rotary dump cover with position sensor is supplied as standard. There are also many options with double pouring feet upon request.
HYDRAULIC DRIVE COVER The discharge door is operated by a hydraulic power unit to ensure full opening and closing.

MAINTENANCE PLATFORMUMEKA's all Twin Shaft Mixers have a maintenance platform as standard.

MIXER MOISTURE METERA microwave moisture meter takes 25 readings per second and, combined with functionality such as signal reading, correction and accurate averaging, measures the moisture content of the material passing through the ceramic surface plate.

MIXER HUMIDITY SENSOR Regardless of the climate, cold or hot, this sensor ensures that the mix remains at a reasonable level under all conditions.
SAFETY DISCONNECT KIT We offer a wide range of power cut-off kits for mixers and other parts of concrete batching plants for the safety of the working environment.
AUTOMATIC HIGH PRESSURE WASHING SYSTEMOptional automatic washing system with 100-Bar water pump and double rotating head (10 nozzles) is available upon request.

PRESSURIZED WATER DISTRIBUTION Depending on the application, a low pressure water spray system can be recommended for water discharge and special dispenser nozzles.

OVER MIXER FILTERA separate filter or dust bag can be supplied for the mixer on request.
STATIC STARTER Static starters for soft start of mixers are also available upon request.
DOUBLE Dump To increase plant capacity and facilitate operation, double pour discharge is optionally available.
