A6 Mastertrac

  • It is a 4-wheel driven automatic welding machine.
  • It can be easily transported and installed on different workpieces.
  • It can be used with 6 mm diameter welding wire and DC or AC 1500 amps for heavy welding applications.
  • It can be used with LAF and TAF power units.
  • It has 3 different designs;
  1. Single Wire – Single: Available with standard or high speed motor.
  2. Double Wire – Twin Arc: With an easily added extra wire, A6 Single Mastertrac can be converted to a double wire -Twin Arc system for high efficiency butt and corner welds without using another machine or power unit.
  3. Tandem: By using multiple wires, the amount of weld metal deposition can be increased significantly.
  • With the A6 Tandem Mastertrac, DC and AC power unit combinations can be created, providing superior efficiency for any source.
  • Thanks to the GMAW cycle set, steel, stainless steel solid wires and cored wires can be used with the A6 Single Mastertrac.
  • Presets can be made with the PEK digital control unit and 255 programs can be stored in the memory.
