Cold Rolled Sheet (CR-CCR-CRF-CCRF-CRS-CCRS-CRD-CCRD-CRK-CCRK-CRSK-CCRSK)
The Hot Rolled Coil, the surface of which is cleaned of scale with acid, is rolled to the targeted thickness by passing through a reversible or tandem rolling mill (4-5 feet roll) to bring it to a thinner thickness. However, the sheet in this state is brittle and hard. (CRF-CCRF "fullhard") In order to form the sheet, it is annealed by heating and cooling to a certain temperature in Continuous annealing or Bulk Annealing plants. In order to improve the mechanical and surface properties of the annealed sheet, a low rate of crushing (tempering) is applied. Necessary tests are performed on the sample taken and its compliance with the requested feature is checked. The tempered sheet is shipped to the customer as a roll or by slicing and cutting the paint.

Hot Rolled Sheet (R-RKK-RD-HCKK-BCKK-BRKK-TCKK-TRKK-TR-LR-LRKK-TCKK-HRU-HRUKK-THRU)
Liquid steel with chemical components adjusted must be rolled after being turned into slabs in Continuous Casting Plants. Slab, which is generally 200-250 mm thick, 800-1800 mm wide and 6000-12000 mm long, is rolled to the targeted thickness in Hot Rolling Plants. For this, after the slab is heated up to the rolling temperature in Heating Furnaces, it is first rough-rolled (20-50 mm) and then passed through a series of rolls to make the final rolling. Flat steel, which has an exit from the rolling mill at 850-940 C degrees, is cooled with water and wrapped in rolls, mostly at 580-750 C. After the roll comes to room temperature, it is shipped as a roll or by slitting or cutting the paint according to the customer's demand.

Galvanized Sheet (GZR-GZRK-GZRD)
To increase the corrosion resistance of the steel sheet, its surface is coated with zinc by dipping or electrolytic coating method. Coating is generally done on both surfaces as a total of 100-300 gr/square meter. By applying chromate solution or oil to the surface of the coated material, it is protected against white rust.

High Corrosion Resistance: Zinc coating provides excellent corrosion resistance to galvanized material as it acts as a barrier against corrosive elements. The final service life depends on the thickness of the coating and the corrosiveness of the environment (humid, salty, etc.).
Perfect surface appearance: It can be used without any surface treatment.
Formability: Since Galvanized Sheets retain their forming properties, they can be drawn deep and easily shaped.
Paintability: It can be painted easily after suitable surface pre-treatment. It allows it to be presented and shaped as painted sheet metal to the end user by being painted before use.
Weldability: Can be welded by many known welding methods.
